Terms and Conditions


In Bob Exhausts Racing we work with our stock, so most of the items offered are available in our warehouse, and in case they aren't, the client will be informed accordingly to let them know of a possible delay, that can vary between 3 and 20 days, depending on the supplier.

All prices include VAT. (Except in case of a typographic error or external cyberattack)



In Bob Exhausts Racing we send our orders using MRW, TOURLINE or CORREOS, with the following shipping costs:


  • Orders up to 59€ with peninsular shipment, 6€ of shipping costs (Messenger service 24-48H).
  • Orders up to 199€ shipping to Balearic Islands, 12€ of shipping costs (Messenger service 48-72H).
  • Orders up to 59€ shipping to Portugal, 8€ shipping costs (Messenger service 24-48H).
  • Orders up to 999€ shipping to Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla, 25€ shipping costs shipped by Correos.
  • Orders from 59€ peninsular shipment, free shipping (Messenger service 24-48H).
  • Orders from 199€ Balearic Islands, free shipping (Messenger service 48-72H).
  • Orders from 99€ shipping to Portugal, free shipping (Messenger service 24-48H).
  • Orders from 999€ shipping to Canarias, free shipping (Correos).
  • International shipping, 30€ shipping costs by MRW or Correos.

1.- In regular stock conditions, orders will be shipped in between 24H and 96H. If the order is not received in the aforementioned date, please contact us via mail at info@beracing1.com or by phone 653.88.18.00 -- 91.848.41.60

1.1.- In case of stock unavailability, the shipping time will depend on how long the supplier takes on providing us with the order. This can vary between 3 and 20 days in which the client will be kept up to date. In these cases, the client will be able to pay for the product when it's in stock instead of when making the order, not needing to pay beforehand, except on orders exceeding 1000€, in which a 20% deposit will be required beforehand.

2.- If you want your oder shipped to a different address from the one you specified when creating your account, please let us know during the process of creating the order.

3.- If you want your order to be delivered in a specific time frame of the day, please let us know during the process of creating the order.

4.- If you asked for the order to be delivered to a different address, keep in mind that you are the one who will still need to take care of the payment

5.- All products are shipped with a purchase invoice in which it will be specified the characteristics and value of the products ordered. Do not lose or get rid of this invoice, as you will need it in case of any fault in the products to make use of your purchase guarantee. This invoices are also used to take part in raffles.

6.- All orders will require from the client a phone number in case either the transportation services or the shop needs to get in contact with the client

1.- All the items in the website have a brief description detailing their characteristics. Bob Exhausts Racing won't accept returns from clients that have not read said description. If the return is accepted, the client will have a limit of 14 business days to return the product. Because of management and handling costs the amount refunded will be reduced by a 10% compared to the cost of the product. All the transportation fees generated by the return of the product must be paid by the client or discounted from the amount to be refunded. After this 14 day period product returns won't be accepted.

2.- If the product has any fault, please contact us via mail at roberto@bob-exhausts-racing.com or phone 653.88.18.00 -- 91.848.41.60, detailing: name of the person who made the order, order date, invoice number, faulty product and fault that has been found. Once we receive the faulty product, we will replace it without any extra cost.

3.- Once the payment for an order has been made, it is assumed that the client accepts their responsibility on acquiring the product same as we accept the responsibility of delivering it to him in the shortest time span possible. Because of this, there won't be refunds after the payment has been made and instead a voucher will be emitted for the total value of the purchase, exchangeable for 12 months. In case of a refund, this will be made by the same means by which the purchase was made: Virtual POS, Paypal, cash, etc.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December of Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be added to our automated files. If you wish, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification and cancellation, as provided by Law, sending an email in the "contact" section or directly to:         bajas@bob-exhausts-racing.com.

Any data obtained from the clients will be made part of a file property of Bob Exhausts that won't be transfered or exchanged with third parties.

We won't take responsibility for data substracted in possible external cyberattacks directed to our systems.


This Web site uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect visitor behavior data. This data is collected anonymously to be used for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and save this data, but the data remains strictly anonymous. The data will not be used to identify a visitor personally and are not aggregated with any personal data. The collection and storage of data may be refused at any time with respect to subsequent services.


When users click on the Facebook links added to the On-line store, they are providing information to the Facebook databases. Bob Exhausts Racing won't take responsibility in the transfer of said data, the user when clicking on said link is accepting said data transfer.
